Today was no different than yesterday. I woke up, did 10 minutes of core exercise afterwhich I headed up the mountain. For the next 30 minutes I was outside enjoying the fresh air. Then, I got back took a shower, had breakfast and it was time to walk to work. During my lunch hour, I walked to the nearest mall and did a little window shopping. At the end of the day, I walked home.
