I have a few fitness gear units at home. Running treadmill and rowing gear.
Normally I use them only in late fall and winter, when it is cold, rainny , freezing, unpleasant outdoors.
Never in the summer time, as walking in the park, next to my house, is so much more pleasant and refreshing
Today happened something different.
With +36C and sharp sun outside, and only +25C in the training room, the choice was clear. Some 20 minutes of rowing, and here we are, the minimum 5K is done. Even without sweat.
Wanted to go for swiming to the near by river. Neighbour told me - it is a bad idea, so many people there, so crowded.
