오늘은 하루종일 기습적으로 우박인지 진눈깨비인지 계속 내리네요.
오늘은 아는분 사무실 셋업한다고 여기저기 돌아다니고 내부 공사를 하느라 진이 빠지네요.
2018년 7월부터 한달 300,000보 걷기 운동을 계획 했었습니다.
2019 년도를 맞이하여 (실제로는 음력으로..) 이제는 운동과 병행해서 음식 조절을 통해서
10Kg 감량을 목표로 합니다.
2019년 연말까지 건강한 모습을 기대해 봅니다.
