My Actifit Report Card: July 13 2019

오늘은 모임이 있어서 부산에 온 김에 트레킹까지 했네요.
아직까지 불태우는중.

2018년 7월부터 한달 300,000보 걷기 운동을 계획 했었습니다.

2019 년도를 맞이하여 (실제로는 음력으로..) 이제는 운동과 병행해서 음식 조절을 통해서
10Kg 감량을 목표로 합니다.
2019년 연말까지 건강한 모습을 기대해 봅니다.
