特に運動はせず、歩いた分だけです。
今日も目標歩数を達成できました。
明日もやれるだけ頑張ろう∈(・ω・)∋

There is no particular exercise, just the walk.
I was able to achieve the target number of steps today.

    タイトルは手動で変えないとダメなのね。

    ちなみに投稿後は「Yesterday」が灰色表示になって選べなくなります。
