Come avevo anticipato, eccomi sbarcato nuovamente su ActiFit! Oggi avevo la giornata libera per cui non ho camminato tanto.
Stamattina ho optato per una passeggiata al parco, la giornata era serena ma comunque fredda.

Pomeriggio di assoluto relax al PC e ho sbrigato normali faccende domestiche, a cena ho completato la giornata di riposo ideale con una buonissima pizza accompagnata da una birra!
