Hello Everyone,
I began my activity today with the daily commute to work. The morning was cloudy but then got sunny as the day progressed.
As usual more steps at lunch time and just moving around the office. Come evening I had my walk around the neighborhood and called it a day at around 7:30pm.
Things are not well in Nairobi as I write this. At around 3pm cowardly terrorists decided to further their psychotic ambitions in our lovely city. We are still waiting for more information but there are reported deaths, injuries and hostage situation going on.
I am so sick and tired of these cowardly terrorists. How evil can you be to kill yourself and others in the process. Then stupidly convince yourself how you are going to heaven with virgins and all that B S. If God didn't want us here He would kill us Himself. What gives you the right to fight for God and kill his creation??? This is so annoying and difficult to understand or comprehend.
Those spineless cowards, poor excuses for human beings are not going to instill fear in us. We are standing strong as a country and will never be shaken by terrorists
We will keep going to our malls, offices and hotels. Life will go on and be fun as usual, infact I will be back tomorrow with my report.
My prayers go to the families of those who lost their lives and the injured for a quick recovery. Thank you for reading and see you all tomorrow...bye bye

You seemed to have a good day with your Actifit workout steeping until that horrible attack incident happened. That’s truly unacceptable and uncalled for. That’s absolutely not the right way to live scaring others for their insecurities. I hope authorities will do their utmost duty to stop their sadistic behavior of violence.
