Hello Everyone 👋,
TGIF and a very warm welcome to my report today. Keep reading 👓 as I breakdown how my day went by. Today I didn't make the automaticwin.
I got out of bed around 9am, the alarm went off at about 5am but I didn't hear it😎. So I did some house chores but by 10 I hadn't made 10k steps yet😹.
After the tidying up I did some steeming and you tube watching. All the while waiting for the late afternoon to go walking 🏃
I did walk around the neighborhood then to the shopping center for some takeaway. Got back home, ate the food then rested thinking about the sunset ⛅ walk.
For the sunset walk,I walked to the park did a few rounds then got back home as it got darker. I was on time for the actifit radio show 📻 which was great 😎
To finish off my activities for the day I did the seven77 push ups. Sharing video on twitter 🐦and dtube shortly.
