Hello Everyone 👋,
TGIF and what a lovely day I had😎. I started at dawn jogging and walking 🏃 around the neighborhood. Luckily it was not raining and not that cold either. So I did enjoy it.
Getting back home I took a quick shower 🚿 before heading to work. At the office the day went very well. The Friday mood was in the air and everyone was upbeat looking forward to the weekend.
I did my lunch hour stepping and took some pictures too.
The afternoon session went by really fast and before I knew it I was home again. I rested and snacked before heading out for the usual sunset walk. This was mainly in the neighborhood then to the park. I made sure to get back before 7pm for the actifit radio show 📻
The show was amazing as always 😍🙌. After the show I finished off my activities recording the seven77 push ups. Can you believe am on day 60🎉 slowly inching towards 77.
