TGIF and a very warm welcome to my report 😎. Glad you stopped by for a breakdown of how my day has been in terms of fitness. You guessed right, it was another early start.
I had aimed for an automaticwin so as soon as the alarm went off I was out of the house. I did walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood. As always that morning air was fantastic 👌
After that session I rushed home, got ready for work. A race with time as I dashed out of the door 💨. I managed to make it to office right on time 🙌.
I got on with work and it was just one of those normal days. I got in more steps at lunch hour.
After lunch that afternoon shift seemed to drag on. Or maybe I was too eager to go home. The Friday mood was in the air with everyone upbeat looking forward to the weekend.
Finally I commuted back home, rested for a while then went on the sunset ⛅ walk.
Around the neighborhood ending up at the shopping center then back home.
I called it a day after recording my seven77 pushups 💪. Currently on day 87.
