Hello everyone π»,
Happy fiery π₯ Tuesday and a very warm welcome to my report. As always thank you so much for stopping by yet again. I can't believe it's already 24 December, Merry X-mas everyone. Anyway it's been another ordinary day stepping it out and as it comes to an end am raring to go with my stepping and the trending stories of the day.
Let's get into all that and more, here we go again, come on π¨.
So I kicked off the day with a little bit of stretching then I didn't go out for the morning walk, it was so cold and drizzly
Next I got on with the chores then watched some YouTube and kept up with the trending stories.
Its been a cloudy day and that extended until this evening when I took my first and final walk. As usual slow paced enjoying the cool evening breeze π. I took some pictures of the christmas ligting decorating the streets. Well dressed and shielded from the chilly weather tooπΉ.
So now let's get into the trending news of the day.
Starting off in Gaza, the blood bath continued with several Palestinians killed across the stripπΏ. The northern area remains besieged cut off from food, supplies and medicineπ.
A four storey residential building was hit in Jabalia, deaths reported and some stuck under the rubbleπΏ
Explosions rocked Kamal Adwan hospital in Beit Lahia still in the north, twenty staff and patients injured in the explosions.
Gaza civil defence was also hit by an Israeli drone killing a member of civil defence and his sonπΏ.
Bethlehem, the birth place of Jesus Christ, is marking another somber Xmas in the shadow of Israel's war on GazaπΏ.
The number of tourists has significantly dropped and no decorated Xmas trees or any type of funfare.
Not far off in Syria, the new leadership has said ex rebel groups have agreed to integrate under one defence ministry.
However, the Kurdish and US backed SDF group in eastern Syria is not part of that dealπ. They control quite a big portion of Syria in the east of the country.
Then joy among many as Iran lifted a two year ban on google play and whatsappπΉ.
Trending in Europe, Denmark is to boost Greenland defence after Trump repeated desire for US controlπΉ.
Across the pond in the US, a NASA spacecraft is attempting to make history with the closest ever approach to the sunππ.
The Parker solar probe is plunging into our star's atmosphere enduring brutal temps and extreme radiation.
It is however out of communication for several days during this burning hot fly by and scientists are waiting for a signal tomorrow to see if it survived.
The hope is the probe could help better understand how the sun π works.
Finally in crazy weather, unusual torrential rains have hit Haitiπ. Meanwhile heavy snow and winds have caused power outages and traffic chaos in the Balkansπ.
Fingers crossed, everyone is will be ok. All's well that ends well π―.
So that's about it from me, see you again tomorrow on an amazing hump πͺ day. Until then stay safe, take care and adios β€οΈ. Hakuna Matata π―π».
