Happy hump 🐪 day, and a very warm welcome to my report.
I have had a great day and am about to share it including the trending stories that caught my eye 👀.Definitely thank you for stopping by and let's get into it 💨.
So I started the day with the usual morning walk around the neighborhood. It was largely sunny 🌞 but chilly.
I didn't last long outside and after about 25 to 30 minutes, I was back indoors for the usual house chores including cooking. I had earlier passed through the market at city center for some groceries.
Later, I settled down to some you tube, x and trending news from around the world.
My final walk was the sunset 🌄 walk this time around the local park and city centre.
So now let's look at what trended globally.
The biggest story is Palestinians condemning plans by Trump to relocate them outside Gaza. Most saying they will stay put and no force will move them from their motherland.
Leaders of Egypt and Jordan have denounced that request to absorb Palestinians into their territory.
Hamas have called the plan a recipe for chaos in the region.
Not far off Saudi Arabia says it will not normalize its relationship with Israel unless a two state solution is on the way when it comes to Gaza🙀.
UN Secretary General, Antonio Guterrez, has warned Trump over plans of ethnic cleansing in Gaza🙀.
In Europe, UK PM, Keir Starmer, has said Palestinians should be allowed to remain and rebuild their homes in Gaza.
Then Sweden trending as the King and Queen visited the site of shooting in Orebro where ten people were killed in the country's worst mass shooting incident😿.
The 35 year old gun man defined as a recluse shot himself after killing, his motive yet to be identified and remains a mystery😿.
France trending as the govt survived a vote of no confidence in Parliament🙀.
Across the pond in the US, protests in Washington in support of USAID that Trump administration wants to shut down after close to 60 years of humanitarian aid to more than 200 countries🙀. For many poor countries it will be a matter of life or death if most of the aid is stopped abruptly 😿.
Still in the US, Israeli PM Netanyahu, met US secretary of defense Pete Hegseth at the Pentagon. Hopefully, no more weapons to bomb Gaza😿. Let diplomacy be the way forward always💯.
