TGIF 🎊, and a very warm welcome to my report. I trust your day is going well 💯, mine has been awesome and it's now that time of day to slow down and fill you in on how it went including the trending stories that caught my eye 👀.

So I began my day with a quick walk around the neighborhood. Another cloudy chilly morning but I was dressed appropriately.
Then I was back indoors after about 30 minutes of walking ending up at the grocery.
I set out to do some house chores before settling down to some you tube videos and checking on trending stories on x.
There was no sunshine 🌞 during the day and by 4pm it was dark😹.
The evening saw me out for my final walk around the city centre before heading back indoors
So now let's quickly take a look at what has been trending.
In Gaza it was the first Friday without airstrikes in a long time. People gathered to pray in ruined mosques, meanwhile the aid trucks keep flowing in and people are trying to remove the rubble and rebuild as much as possible.
Tomorrow as per the deal, Hamas will release 4 Israeli female captives and Israel will release 200 Palestinian prisoners🙀.
Gaza remains peaceful but not the Occupied West Bank where Israeli raids have been reported in various areas. They are saying they are trying to root out terrorist elements in the area. Thousands of people have fled from Jenin as the raid entered day 4🙀.
In the other war, Russian airstrikes hit the Kyiv region killing ateast one person and causing damage. Meanwhile, Ukrainian airstrikes hit an oil refinery near Moscow causing damage🙀.
In response to Trump, Putin has said his country remains open for discussions regarding the war in Ukraine, adding that had Trump won 2020 elections the war would probably have never started to begin with😹.
Speaking of Trump, across the pond he has been visiting storm ravaged North Carolina, some parts of the state have never recovered from the devastation of Hurricane Helene😿.
Next he will be visiting fire ravaged Los Angeles in California. Many people have been left homeless after several wildfires that destroyed homes and entire neighbourhoods. Trump has blamed the leaders and accused them of incompetency🙀.
Still in the US, Washington DC trending as thousands marched in annual anti abortion rally. The march for life rally is against abortion in all forms and president Trump is to address the gathering virtually.
Also trending, a judge has barred some Jan 6th attackers freed by Trump from entering Washington DC.
In crazy weather, storm Eowyn has battered the UK with wild weather bringing trees down and leaving streets flooded in N. Ireland and Scotland. Thousands of homes have been left with no power as the strong winds caused extensive damage😿.
In London, its been pretty mild, just a little bit of drizzles, cold weather and nothing more, touch wood.
More crazy weather, this time in Thailand, as most schools closed because of poor air quality🙀, probably reducing the number of vehicles will reduce air pollution from exhaust fumes. Hopefully everything will be alright, all's well that ends well💯.
