My Actifit Report Card: June 27 2024.......Throwback Thursday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 😻,

Happy Thursday 🎊 and a very warm welcome to my report. It's been another ordinary day stepping it out and it's now time to slow down and report on how my day went. Of course not forgetting the trending stories that caught my eye 👀.
So without much further ado let's take it away 💨.
So I began my day with a brisk walk around the neighborhood. Pretty wonderful and sunny 🌞 as I made my way around.
It was warm with a cool breeze, it truly is summer😹.
Later on after about 45 minutes, I was back indoors getting on with the usual house chores.
Next I looked at some of the trending stories and also watched a bit of you tube and Twitter.
In the evening it was a little cloudy as I left for my sunset 🌄 walk. But the sun 🌞 shone through after 7 pm as I was returning.
I made it back safe and sound and have been watching the news and just relaxing😹.
So let's proceed to look at some of the trending stories.
In the UK, junior doctors have been striking complaining of long working hours and low pay🙀. How to make the NHS run better is part of the campaign issues in the upcoming election on 4th July.
Also trending, one person has died in the E. Coli outbreak linked to salad😿. The person died in May but had other underlying medical conditions made worse by the infection.
The outbreak is thought to be caused by some supermarket sandwiches containing salad 🥗 leaves. Now I know what not to buy 😿.
Kenya trending as military deployed on the streets. Today there were protests even after the president dropped the controversial tax bill. Protesters still want him to resign and get out of power🙀.
In Gaza, more bloodshed as thousands of Palestinians fled the central region of Shujayea😿.
Israeli troops are entering the area after heavy bombing that claimed several lives, there are estimations but true number is not known. A horror scene as body parts were seen strewn over in some places🙀.
Across the pond in the US, Biden and Trump have arrived in Atlanta, Georgia for a high stakes presidential debate. It definitely will not be a friendly reunion😹.
The debate will mark the first time in the election campaign that millions of Americans will sit up and pay attention.
When it comes to crypto both Biden and Trump have become pro crypto after being against it in the earlier days. Nov 5th is still a long time for voters to decide.
I won't be staying up to watch, I will wait for the funny tidbits on YouTube and X tomorrow😹.
Finally, let's finish with some trending cricket news from Guyana, where India have crushed England to reach the T20 world cup final. Congratulations🎉, well done India🎊.
India will now face first time finalists south Africa in Barbados. Let's wait for that one and see who carries the cup. May the best team win💯.
