Hello everyone 👋,

Happy Thursday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. It's almost mid month, I've had just another ordinary day stepping it out and as bedtime beckons, it's time to quickly take a look at how my day has been plus some of the trending stories I came across. As always thank you for reading and let's take it away 💨.
So I kicked off the day with some brisk walking 👣 and jogging around the neighbourhood 🌲. A cloudy day but with some beautiful morning breeze 🍃. Then I was back indoors for some resting, a little bit of daily chores and catching up with the news. The next chance of walking came in the afternoon out to the city centre for some errands. As always I squeezed in the afternoon nap and woke up some time early evening. After some news and you tube, it was time for the slow paced sunset walk. I had a nice walk then was back indoors still watching news, reading a few stuff before bedtime. So now let's quickly take a look at a summary of what was trending.
Locally, the usual political shenanigans kept going😹, a rather quiet day though.
Globally, another devastating day in Gaza as 69 Palestinians are killed in last 24 hours as Israel continued it's airstrikes in the south and central regions😭. Of these 69, 5 people were killed while waiting to collect food parcels at Kuwait roundabout.
The total number of those killed now stands at 31,340.
In northern Gaza there was some dropping of humanitarian food by airplanes.
In Cyprus a second ship was being loaded with relief food and medicines, meanwhile that first ship with 200 tonnes of food is to arrive in Gaza tomorrow.
India trending as thousands of farmers protested in the capital New Delhi. They want the govt to give them subsidies as expenses have become too much eating into their profits😿.
Let's go to Europe, Ukraine trending as they hold out despite stalled US aid. There are however fears of deep advances by Russia🙀. Meanwhile Ukraine is hitting Russia's Belgorod region with drones.
Elsewhere, UK's govt has redefined ' extremism' ,the new definition follows increase in hate crime. The new definition of extremism will determine whether groups are blocked from govt funding.
Across the pond in the US, Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer says Israeli PM Netanyahu has lost his way🙀. Adding that Netanyahu was an obstacle to peace in the region amid a growing humanitarian crisis in Gaza. The powerful US senator also called for elections in Israel😹.
Further down in the Caribbean, Haiti trending as opposition parties have rejected the formation of transitional council🙀.
Kenya has confirmed it will deploy police officers to Haiti after a presidential council is set up.
Finally, Elon musk's space x rocket conducted its longest test flight🎉,; taking off from Texas. The reusable rocket 🚀 is to be used in a moon 🌕 mission with later plans for it to go to Mars. Interesting💯
