Hello everyone π»,
Happy fiery π₯ Tuesday and a very warm welcome to my report. It's the day of trees π²π³ n greeneryπΏ.
As always am raring to go with the days stepping and trending stories.
Thank you for reading and let's quickly get it doneπ¨.
Unfortunately, I couldn't have my morning walk due to the cold and light drizzlingπ§οΈβ.
So I did my stretching then got on handling the usual house chores.
In between I was watching some YouTube and trending news.
My first walk was this evening around sunset π, unfortunately there was no sunset but a heavily cloudy sky. I did a few rounds in the park then I made it back home safe and sound calling it a day.
With that done, let's get into the trending stories.
Starting off in Gaza, the bloodshed continued with 70 Palestinians killed in ongoing Israeli airstrikes πΏ.
I still don't understand why negotiations can't be done to end all this since they killed Hamas leaders.
In Tel Aviv, the families of captives are asking the same question, why can't they get their loved ones home.
This as US secretary of state Anthony Blinken visited Israel for the eleventh time since the war startedπ. There were protests outside the venue he was meeting Israeli leaders.
He is on this trip to try and broker a ceasefire. He will next visit Jordan and Qatar. Fingers crossedπ€.
Not far off, Lebanon trending as Israeli airstrikes kept going in Beirut.
A whole eight storey residential building crumbled to the ground in one of the dramatic footage of some of the bombingπ.
18 people reportedly killedπΏ.
Hezbollah have remained defiant saying there will be no negotiations as long as Israel continues with the airstrikes.
Their spokesperson said they are looking forward to capture some Israeli soldiers just as Israel has captured some Hezbollah fightersπ.
In the other war, the EU has voted to approve funds from Russia's frozen assets to be sent to help Ukraine.
Speaking of Russia, president Putin is hosting presidents and leaders from Bric's countries in Kazan.
The US dollar's days as the dominant global currency are numberedπΉ.
China's economy is the biggest among the Bric's and experts say in the 2030's it's set to overtake the US as the biggest economyπ.
BTC and cryptos seem more sensible but let's see what happens in the coming years.
Across the pond in the US, Harris and Trump pitch to Latino voters as campaign enters final two weeksπΉ.
Finally in crazy weather, hurricane Oscar has devastated with heavy rain amid power outage across Cubaπ.
Many places in Havana left without power but it has started being restored. Hopefully everything will be back to normal, all's well that ends well π―.
So that's it for today, see you again tomorrow on an amazing hump πͺ day. Until then stay safe, take care and adios β€οΈ. Hakuna Matata π» π―.
