Today's service was rewarding.
I did a whole lot of activities today, including dancing.
Today was the first Sunday in the month June.
And it was a Thanksgiving service in our church back here in Nigeria.
It was an unforgettable experience.
As I sat down to ponder I wondered the importance of dance to humans and here is what I got.
Dancing can be a way to stay fit for people of all ages, shapes and sizes.
Dancing can improve your muscle tone, strength, endurance and fitness
And
Dancing is a great way to meet new friends.
