Moving furniture, walking and household chores. Have been putting in new tile and today moved refrigerator back into kitchen. The inclused unloading and loading it.

Walking to and from barn as I did my daily outside chores.

I have just started. I forgot to upload my report yesterday.

If you have extra SP you can delegate some out to them and they pay you in AFIT tokens.

I have used a pedometer for a few years to track my daily activity. I still run it the same time as ACTIFIT. But, with ACTIFIT you can earn tokens. It also makes you more conscious of your daily activity which can keep you in shape.

Yes I drink water all day long. Yesterday I wish I would have remembered my report because I was more active because I split and stacked firewood for the week, besides my regular chores.

I got bored with this actifit app. Most times, when I am engaged with activities like walking especially, I do not remember to carry my phone along. Sometimes, slight movements #counts in the app and that's a #bit favourable...lol.

This is good app to earn free token with our day by day activities .

I used this app for the past four months and actually used it a lot and through this we can express a lot of things in our daily routine so much that we control it and we can understand it

Great way to keep myself focused on being active to keep in shape.

yes, I agree with you. by always actively doing activities, of course there will be a lot of sweat coming out. this is like doing sports. so the body will stay healthy. other than that if I may suggest, let's both consume foods that contain high nutrients. especially foods that contain vitamin C as antioxidants. Vitamin C is useful for increasing your immune system. so you don't get sick easily. and foods that contain vitamin C such as citrus fruits, avocados, nuts, papaya, broccoli vegetables.

all those foods sounds great! I recently started my indoor gardening where I grow sprouts, micro-greens and salad greens via hydroponics. I should be able to eat a small salad tomorrow. I prefer to have one for breakfast.

At 66 years old I am as physically active as I was when in my 30's. Sure I have a few more aches and pains, but if I was not active it would be worse.

I just found out you are 66 years old now. may God always give you health and protection for you. and I am very impressed with the gardening activities that you do. honestly I can't do activities like gardening. because in my opinion there is a heavy activity. but it is very healthy for the body.

I thought most knew I was in my 60's. I have had young people in their 20's and 30's that cannot keep up with me. Must keep mind focused and keep going. When I was a teenager I worked for a farmer who at 88 years old could out work me...I never forgot that

It's great that Granpa has played the @actifit app. I've been using it for a long time, too.
I see things like bracelets that can count our movements so we don't have to hold the cellphone to find out how much we move.
Hopefully with this apps, granpa is getting healthier. Greetings to grandma

That was a lot of heavy activity moving furniture and putting in tile. And loading & unloading the frig - any of the 3 would have been a big job. I read in one of your conversations here that you're growing some hydroponics - a fresh salad in the morning maybe. Activity and healthy eating, you are inspiring! I retired last year and actifit and the community have really helped motivate me to get active again.

Thank you. I should have waited to upload my report because I ended up going for a couple more hours.

I had hoped for retirement in a few more years, but due to my wife's health had to close down my business, and quit a part time job. My wife was primary caregiver to disabled ladies (at one time 3, but now 2) when she was hospitalized last Spring I saw that I had to take over the care-giving because I was going to have to be her caregiver as well. Plus there were rumors that some at the state level and one guardian was questioning whether she could do the work anymore (which she could not hold up to anyway)

So I am not quite retired, and do not have enough resources to not be the caregiver. The longer I can do that I can leave my retirement untouched.

I am very physically active and want to keep it up. Sitting around would not be good for my mental health. I have so many hobbies i cannot get to them all. All in good time.

If it becomes popular the tokens will eventually take on a value. Sure I see it as a way to earn tokens for the future and stay focused on my activities. Some days I am more active than others, but because I am earning tokens I am hoping I will be more conscious of activities.
