Beautiful people, i just joined on the qctifit train yesterday. I am a body builder aa you all know. But i have been away for a while on the platform. School and exams coming soon. But then, to get strength for day to day activities, man needs to stay fit for the coming days. A fit person is a strong person. So for the day, i jogged for a rather lobg distance. Jogging enhances resiatance. It is classified under Aerobics and is a full body exercise. That can be harnessed for the required purpose. Helps to burn fat, gives a healthy heart, helps you to strive through a stressful day.
