I like to do the deep breath work, then exercise - usually a HIT strength circuit with pushups, situps, curls, military, and squats (just with dumbbels) then jog, then meditate, then cold shower. The goal is to get myself thoroughly worn out in a short of time as possible. Fells amazing after all of it, especially if I smoke afterwards.
