Hello everyone and happy Thursday!
And as always, here I am again with another fun day full of wonderful activities for my workout report card for today.
As usual I gathered my steps walking on the treadmill for 2 hours and also listening to YT for some inspiring and upbeat music can actually speed up the time of activity and go by fast very quickly.
Then later I picked up more steps when I went to the store for grocery shopping.
Getting back home I was doing laundry, cooking, cleaning the kitchen, washing dishes, watched movie, and finally reading your wonderful post and comments.
Come at 4 pm I head over to the mall yet again for a few more leisure rounds of stepping and also having a fun time window shopping; just browsing and trying things on.
And before calling it a day, I made it to stop by at the food court to grab a snack of a little slice of pizza and a drink. The snack was delicious and fulfilling to the tummy.
Overall, I had a wonderful lovely day and I enjoyed my activities today.

Thanks for your visit, my beautiful lady. How nice you noticed my Fitbit. I do love it a lot. It’ll be more interesting and fun to have in in sync with Actifit. It always gave me more counts than Actifit by more or less 2k.

Great stepping action yet again. You had an active and fun day between the cleaning and walking around the mall. A 🍕 snack is always a delicious cheat treat, gotta work to burn it off later.
