Hello an greetings everyone! Happy Thursday and welcome to my fitness report.
I began my activity early this morning doing warm up exercises in the living room. After the exercise I walked around in the neighborhood for about two hours or so. I took a few pictures along the way then I got back home just before 10 o’clock. I had a fantastic time walking this morning under the big blue cloudy skies and cool fresh air.
At home I got cleaned up and rested for a bit. Come at noon, I went to the mall to get my lunch and snack. Then I walked two rounds inside the mall before heading home and calling it a day.
