Hello and good day everyone! Happy Wednesday and welcome to my fitness report. I hope you guys are doing well and that you had a fantastic day.

As for me, well, I did my warmup exercises using my dumbbells. Then I walked/running around in the neighborhood and to the nature trail park. And after this I was pretty much out of the house for most of the day and had fun just strolling everywhere - I went to the mall, to the downtown, and then to the park. I was taking some photos while also listening to some music with my iPhone. Then my last stop was at Baskin Robbins where I had a banana split for a snack, then came home and called it a day.

The weather temperature this morning was around 60F - 62F. And in the after it went up to 70F and was still tolerable when I was at the downtown it went up a little bit more later but I was already at the park with a lot of trees for some shades.

Overall, I had a wonderful time and I enjoyed my walk today.
