Red sky at night, shepherds delight! Dry couple of days we’ve had here, which makes a nice break from all the rain & floods. I’ve been out walking the dog & children today. Everyone got very very muddy seeing as the whole country is pretty much a bog at the moment. We had to send the dog in to a lake to clean off before letting him back in the car 🤦🏻♀️ he stank all the way home.
Yesterday I went for a stress busting run. Did 8 miles at an average pace of 7min 49secs. Felt good & thoroughly less stressed afterwards ❤️
Cross country run and bike buying tomorrow. 2020 is the year of the triathlon 🏊♀️ 🚲 🏃♀️
