I went for a very long walk on a new trail that is at the east end of Downtown Visalia.
I walked to the new trail from my house, and ended up walking over 9500 activity count.
I feel extremely fatigued now, and want to go to bed.

It went very well, but it was just blood work. Tuesday is her second chemo treatment. The doctor was shocked how well she was doing. She is a tough woman

I was pleased with the distance I covered in such a short time. It had to been around 4.5 miles or so
