Two of my Starbucks coworkers are having a fitness challenge, so I thought I would join in on the fun.
We measured biceps and did push-ups on our breaks.
I have a leg up on the competition, because I was born half gladiator.
I walked to work in the rain, and worked a steady shift at Starbucks.
On my walk home, I stepped in dog shit twice, but I was able to make it home without getting hit by a car.
The skies had all kinds of character after the afternoon rain.
I feel good about today’s activity, and I’m excited about what tomorrow has to offer.
