I counted all my PushUps from yesterday’s #five00 #seven77 challenge, and I did #five21.
I walked to Starbucks for a short barista shift, and the soreness hit me half way through my shift.
My chest isn’t very sore, but my triceps are broken for now.
I always had strong triceps, so it must be that they are 46 years old.
I did 15 Twitter #seven77 push-ups, and that was enough for today.

I walked a few miles and I’ve been relaxing at home all evening.
I think my triceps will recover within a few days, and I will try to do more extreme actifitting.

@runridefly, I cant believe you did that much. That is quite encouraging. How I wish I could do a count close to that. It's certain that your triceps will heal back soon and the broken tissues will definitely repair in few days. Thank you for using actifit.
