Mill Creek flows through and under downtown, so if you walk near the creek, you can feel the coolness of the water.
I pumped iron this afternoon, and did a set of bicep curls for my Twitter Seven77.

Today was a lazy day, but I did a lot of crypto stuff under an air conditioner.
Hopefully I will be more active tomorrow, and gain more than 10k in actifit activity.
