दोस्तों कैसे हो आप लोग मैं आज सुबह से 19752 एक्टिविटी पूरा किया हूं परंतु दिल को शांति नहीं मिला था क्योंकि आज और ज्यादा चलने की दिल कर रहा था लेकिन समय कम होने के कारण और नहीं चल रहा है चलने का एक फायदा होता है इससे रात को बढ़िया सा नींद आता है सभी टेंशन दूर हो जाता है लगता है बिल्कुल फ्री सो रहा हूं कोई टेंशन नहीं देगा इसलिए आदमी को चलना चाहिए इससे शारीरिक बहुत ज्यादा फायदा होता है धन्यवाद
