Headed to the track for 1K to 200 metre intervls descending by 200 ms - 400-200m rest -
First time I tried this and the first 1K was good - the 8 and 6 horrible, the last two OK!
Interesting to note the very different effect on my heart rate pattern to the shorter intvls I normally do...
Might have to mix it up more!
