My Actifit Report Card: October 26 2018

in actifit •  6 years ago  (edited)

I finally managed go for a long run today, I still have sore feet but they seem to much better than they were. I wanted to do along run as my half marathon is only about 3 weeks away and I haven’t ran more than 10k for a couple of weeks. I ended up running the full 13 miles, I needed to prove to myself that I could do it. I found it hard but I’m sure you always do as 13 miles is a long way. My time was ok in fact it was quicker than my time for The Great North Run although I still need to take 10 minutes off it when I do the actual race to get a pb.

I’m hoping to to another long run next week then I’ll start tapering.
