Not enough steps today!!!
Can’t believe I didn’t make it to 10000 steps today. First thing this morning I went for a 5k run then I went out shopping. Oh well not to worry I will soon be doing more as I will be upping my training.
Today’s run I sort of did fartlek training, I ran 1k warm up then I randomly sprinted (or at least ran fairly fast) for 2 lampposts then slowly jogged recovery for 2. I carried on doing this for pretty much the whole 5k.
As you can see from the pictures rthat it wasn’t overly fast but I’m hoping by doing this it will help me get a bit quicker.
The big dips in pace are where I stopped to take photos.
