Hi Friends!
I’m stoked to get started back on using Actifit. Not the most active day, but I did go for a run which helped with the step count! I didn’t do as many body weight exercises as usual - but I did eat pretty clean. Low carb, high protein/fat and lots of veggies. I used to depend on my diet to shape out my fitness... but I’ve started adding more excercise into my routine to balance things out!
Till tomorrow...
Not a bad count I really want to use this but I hardly have my phone on me when walking and running 😭

Totally. It’s my hope that eventually Actifit will pair with other devices like Apple Watch. My step count was closer to 9k according to that. 😅 Shows how much i don’t have my phone on me when moving around too.

If you buy a Fitbit watch you don't have to carry the phone whit you a little tip. 😁

Good luck with the app..I've had enough of it not recording my steps accurately.
You might have to 'wake it up' in the a.m. to kick start it btw.

Oh thanks for the tip on "waking it up". Such a bummer to have steps lost throughout the day when you've been working hard to track it. :(
So far things have seemed pretty accurate for me - but I'm just hoping they are able to eventually integrate with the apple watch... because I always have more steps on that because it captures every moment instead of just the times I have my phone on me. :)
