When you receive a Steem Power delegation, it means that you can be more active on the platform. With only 15SP you can't make a lot of posts and comments, because you run out of Resource Credits fast (see mty original comment, that has the explanation in it.)

The only things I ask from you in return for the delegation is that you:

• publish a quality post (like this one regularly. At least once or twice a week should be doable.

• Actively engage with other community members. Reply to their comments, but also go out there and find posts you're interested in and leave an insightful comment. It's the only way to build your network.

• Power up the liquid Steem and SBD you earn (turn it into Steem Power). You can find a tutorial on how to do that HEE

So basically - to keep the delegation, you will need to get a post out more regularly, and engage as much as you can. Also, I see you have some SBD and Steem in your wallet. Power that up, so you can build your own supply of SP over time.
