September 10 2018 and forgetting to activate actifit

I seem to forget to turn this thing on. I don't exercise per say all I do is walk, walk to the counter then back to my pc then to the counter then go smoke and I walk in a circle not because of actifit I just do.

Home now and since at home I get to sit I do not intend on walking and will smoke while sitting infront of the pc not standing.
