I don't understand the question very well. What connection should these parameters have with heart rate measurement?

    The Garmin sensor has also other type of measurements, provides more info than only Heart frequency...They call them Running dynamic variables as oscillation, cadence, step balance etc...

      I don't the think that the one your are showing in the image on top is able to measure more than your heart frequency. https://buy.garmin.com/es-ES/ES/p/649059

      There is another one at Garmin which is able but more expensive. https://buy.garmin.com/es-ES/ES/p/136403

      The BerryKing Heartbeat 2 is only able to measure the heart frequency.
