60x pushups 2x 30 second planks, 25 weighted squats, 30 sit ups and 5 minutes of shadow boxing.

Yeah buddy! Though I find it annoying it does not count my planks, so im still and the counter does not move.

Those are good workouts. Been working out again myself. Got to get beach ready.

Thank you, yeah they are all things I can do in a small room. Hah you got awhile to get ready then, winter is just beginning :-P

You can never start too soon. I've worked out off and on for years. I just need to stick with it. A couple of years ago I did a workout challenge. I did 1,000 pushups but it took 8 hours off and on. There are some people that can do 1,000 in a single go. I saw a guy do it on youtube.
Now, I struggle to get 50 in ha ha ha.
