My Actifit Report Card: I Gained 5 Freaking LBS! 🤣

What’s Up STACKERS!

It’s been a while since I hit the weights pretty hard. During the Thanksgiving week, it’s all been downhill. 😂

With unlimited supply of turkey, stuffing, cheesecake and wine, it was hard to resist not to eat it all. Especially the leftovers. 🥺

The outcome? I gained 5 LBS in 5 short days! 🤯

No more excuses. I’m going to start “putting in the work” now and not wait for New Years like many “average joes” tend to do. 😉

I’m currently using the @actifit app and it stated that I only did 3000+ steps! No worries, I probably burned thousands of calories just by lifting heavy objects against gravity. 😅

This @actifit app seems very useful and it helps me track my goals. I heard they are looking for delegations. I’ll do some research on this later tonight and see what it’s all about.

I myself have used the actifit tracker for sometime also and it proves to be a good fitness tracker to use, because it helps me to keep fit anytime I am doing walkout excercise . And i just hope it will be a successful project in the long term @stackin

That's right! Wait I just read it correctly, 5 pounds???? I lost 5... it's a battle to stay at 115, 120. It's not like my body though. Give them back!

Must be nice to live it up a little. Lololol. Booze will definitely do that to you. I could never keep weight off when I drank. It just does something. Men have a slight advantage due to size and muscle mass. I told you, you had to 💩☺🍔🍺

My last video of me lifting on Instagram I looked like I needed a sports bra. It was humiliating. I certainly know the feeling of being a complete hogger at thanksgiving. It was just one pig out session after another and then going into food comas. It was sad.

Wow !!!Gaining 5Lbs Within 5 Days?? It Would Have Been Quite A Good News To ME, who Has Been Itching To Scale Up Weight For Months Without Gaining Anything Close To 1Lb.
