What’s up STACKERS!
The weekly “Thursday Workout” completed and done! I haven’t really changed my workout for a very long time. If it works, why change it? 🤷🏼♂️
What did I do Today? Here is the info:
- Dumbbell Bench 4X
- Incline Bench 3X
- Shoulder Press 4x
- Back Rows 4X
- Lat Pulldowns 3X
- Triceps Extensions 4X
- Bicep Curls 4X
- Various Machines 12X
Yeah, I know... it’s a lot. I called this workout the “10X STACKIN Workout” which involves tons of volume with lots of heavy weights.
Maybe that’s why I only have to workout twice a week. I just go pretty “HAM” when I’m there while most people go to the gym with lack luster effort complains about getting no gainzzz months later. 😂
Next workout will be Monday... taking three days off and ill probably won’t even gain a pound. Funny how that works! 😉

Keep on rippin' man! Sounds like you have a good thing going. That's a hardcore program! I work at a gym and have to agree the level of intensity that ppl use when hitting the gym is actually shocking. But, hey --whatever works! Being where i am at is quite a shit show! If i used the intensity i used to i would die. One step at a time. It is what it is.

It’s really pretty easy, 2x times a week for an hour. That’s only 8 hours a month 😂
Kill it with quickness, intensity, and discipline. Working out is a very small part of my life (less than 1%) 😉
