First run in 2 weeks.
I promised myself I was going to stop as soon as I would start to feel like I'm running on tired legs (which has been the case for 1+ year now. I start my run and my legs feel dead already.)
I'm really happy I never thought I would make it past 10 minutes. Was pretty anxious the whole time though thinking about my hemoglobin levels and scared that I was going to faint in the middle of the woods.
I won't run for the rest of the week because I don't want to overdo it (which is extremely easy for me to do #runneraddictprobs).
