I was a little surprised when it started raining as I set out to run. We have not had any rain in a while, but this came down heavily for a while. Happily it did not last too long. There were a lot of runners out today, possibly due to the half marathon in a few weeks. I'm not feeling at my fittest, but I'll get around the course.
Today I did my usual intervals and they were okay, no more than that.
I've also been doing the #Seven77 push-up challenge kicked off by @nathanmars on twitter. I'm halfway through that now. I include a Steem post each time to encourage people to stop by.

We had rain yesterday morning, but it hasn't been too bad the other two days of the week. Today is actually kind of fantastic out, though a little colder than it was on Monday. I look forward to this Summer when things finally normalize for a little bit!
