That's some great running. I've only run one half marathon and it was in a similar time to this. I will try to build back up to it and at least do the same event next year. Hope to see more posts from you soon

@steevc, I used to run just over 3 miles but this year I became obsessed with running. I tried to run at least 20 miles once a week but the weather today is a bit manic. These days I run 10 miles everyday. Fancy running while we are in Krakow?

10 miles a day is amazing. Not sure I can manage that. We may be able to run in Krakow, but I've got limited luggage capacity for spare shoes etc. It's likely to be cold.
I generally do a half hour run in the week and a longer one at the weekend. I may try to do the parkrun more often as an extra.
