Fitness, Family, and Fun: April 20, 2019

Being (acti)fit is group effort. I live life with my family, and we challenge each other to be healthy as well.

I am a proud Pappa. I taught my second daughter how to mown the lawn today (8000 steps).

In the afternoon, we enjoyed a family bike ride. Love those two cuties. They enjoyed going along for the ride.
