A telecommute day and not too much walking or not much of interest, but...

Today I took a telecommute or work from home day, I was up early as usual, well not as usual actually slept in till about 5:30 which for me is a good sleep in. I popped to the supermarket before my wife got up and got what we needed, its was about a freezing point outside so I was not motivated for a walkout in the cold so I did a few loops around the supermarket while getting what we needed, not to many loops as I always think they will notice me doing that and then come up to me asking me what I am up to or kick me out without the things I need LOL

After lunch, the wife and I went for a walk around the mall again as it was quite overcast and she did not want to walk outdoors, but I will share a shot I haven't shared before but will include one I have shared before as it was something that happened today.

This is an older shot taken back in 2017, and the reason I am sharing it today is I was contacted by an overseas magazine who wanted to purchase a digital copy for use as the cover on an upcoming issue of their magazine, which is always such a good feeling when someone you don't know likes your photo enough to use for this purpose, we went back and forth a little and agreed on the details and hence why I felt like sharing it in this post.

I looked through my edited photos for something else I can share with this post and came up with this one which I do not think I have shared before, a dog photographer

As you see its not a photographer that takes shots of Dogs, but an actual dog photographer, this is part of an exhibit that was in the city also back in 2017 called Paparazzi dogs that I thought sort of fitted in with this post, well with the first shot, I prepared part of this before heading tot he Mall and did take a few photos there, which don't really have much in common with the first couple of shots

Starting with this shot of the Elf Taxi next door to the Santa setup and the big Christmas tree in the mall, I guess this does tie in very loosely to the first shots as its a NYC taxi

As we were leaving the Mall a little while ago it was already fairly dark, and I remembered reading that they claimed the new iPhone was good at night shots so I decided to try it out,

And I must say it doesnt do a bad job it looks a lot lighter than it actually was
