My Actifit Report Card: August 15 2019

Hello steem friends!!!

I hope everybody is great, today was a really active day after a good walk around the office literally is huge I have never been walking there lol... but I did not have a cellphone signal and I needed to do a call hahahahaha.

After work I moved to the gym and did leg :S everybody hates leg and my cuadricep is hating it too lol... but anyways it was a really good routine after a lot of carbs burned... I have to say that this month with this new workout have been really good due I have been progress a lot!
