Hello actifiters!!
Today it was not a great day π’ after work I went to the gym and started my routine for leg day, over motivated at that time πͺπ½ I was doing great my routine starting with some squats ....
Everything was great at that moment and I passed to press....
And then the moment happen I was doing it a rep when I felt something that snap in my ribs... ππ I immediately stopped and then I felt dizzy I was not in pain but... I stopped, rest a little bit and then stop my workout and do some cardio π².... I will see if I can do something tomorrow... right now I just feel uncomfortable but is better to rest and listen to the body!!!
Anyways at the end it was like 1k Cal burned
