Hello my friends!!!

Today is Friday!!! And not for that we need to skip the workout!!!

But before everything look the autumn colors are coming!!!! 😱

Anyways, today was a back day and I did A new maximum in rack pull!! Yeah... 3/5/8 and then 4/10

I think that my hearth is getting better due my HR was crazy due I decreased my rest time for 20 sec.

Good 1.5k calories burned to end with 5K steps!!
