I got up much later today than I usually do.. When that sort of thing happens it has a tendancy to throw me off (often, but not always). When I awoke Dad was already up and had the coffee brewing, which is awesome, in that I love my Dad with all my heart...but not so awesome in that I need that space in the morning (before the tv is turned on blasting its negative vibes all over the place..I don't 'do' tv) to set my tone within myself & have a good opportunity to tune not only myself up before anyone in the house arises, but also to clear the energy and infuse it with a good dose of positive vibes to help all of us create our experiences with more love & more lightness. So... I just said good morning to my Dad, grabbed a cup of coffee and snuck off to listen to some music in the office with my headphones in. After I finished my coffee I got ready for my first walk of the day & headed out :) I ended up taking another walk later in the afternoon to get a few things for the house and a couple special treats for Mom & Dad. When I got back I completed my typical stuff around the house as usual.. then I decided to do a bit of dancing as well (I was feeling inspired <333 and why not right? IMHO, it is always good for the Soul!). Needless to say, today I wasn't very thrown off by this mornings curve...it all worked out awesomely (and yes Mom and Dad LOVED their surprise treats). It's been a great day.
