An Easy Going & Reflective Day
I know I've been saying it alot lately, but it's true...I am loving that we're almost done with 2018 and rapidly approaching 2019. It's not that 2018 was a bad year either, it really wasn't. Sure, it's brought some challenges, but with them has come opportunities.
So today whilst going about my typical activities (and of course when I was getting my active meditation on) I did a bit more reflecting on the year, and all that life has brought to me and me through, during it.
Much like every year, it's been a wild ride in it's own way. All in all, I am pleased with where I am at & how far I've come...but I do feel that there's always room for improvement. During my day I gained some insights that led me to whip out the big book of me & my master plan to jot down a few things.
Sparking 2019 with a streak of Wins
So yeah, I am feeling pretty pumped. Part of what's firing me up about ringing in the new year is that I will be doing so in a most actifitastic & awesomeness fashion, too.
