How Sweet It Is
It's such a great feeling to get your blood flowing with some good activity, whatever your preference may be. For me, a nice brisk walk is quite the pleasure. Being out in nature, taking deep breaths of fresh mountain air....and appreciating every bit of it....this is the good stuff. This helps me stay centered (and during those 'off' days...get back to center). Today just happened to be one of those challenging but oh-so-rewarding days.
I am thankful for the sacred space in which transformation occurs that my actifitting adventures offers me.
